Fitcomb : Real Combative for Real Situations

Fitcomb carries the legacy of Krav Maga , KAPAP , RBSD and amalgamates
various proven combat systems of the special forces in its anvil  making a
potent ABC or /Application Based Combative .
üReality and application based learning – We do not impart sports based  martial arts technique which may have no bearing in the mean streets which has no rules, referee and fouls but ABC.
üOffensive Defense – Over a period of last 10.5 years of interventions with more than 160,000 empowered souls we have realized that  ‘ offense is the best defense’. Soft self defense skills may work against diminutive irritants but stopping a hardened criminal or psychopath requires tougher treatment, so it is not violence but constructive aggression.
ü Real and not Reel  - Actions speak louder , our interventions are based on role plays, demonstrations and practice ! We prepare the participants during our workshop  to handle real life threats and mishaps . There are various others who can just 'make you feel good' but we 'make you prepared' for eventualities.
üBeen there Done That -  At the end of our interventions the participants feel ‘ been there, done that’, preparing them for the ‘worst case scenarios’. It is simply because of the 'hands on' training approach which we follow during our programs which ensures the same.
üChange is  Constant – What is effective today may be redundant tomorrow is our guiding  underline. We research , test practice and evolve to deliver you the most effective hence each session we deliver is different from the other hence 'dynamic'.

Fair Sex is not Fair

The euphemism uses this adage to denote women as some one who is petite , lovable , needs to be handled with caress or simply said , a softer version of Gods creation . Though it is absolutely fine to extend respect and courtesy but it is dogmatic to  have this mindset exclusively for women. In the last 11 years I have had a great experience of having come across over more than 50,000 women and girls who I had the pleasure of intervening with in the domain of empowerment and self defence. Believe you me , I found most of them very high both on mental and physical robustness with utter disregard to the heresy that haunts them. Whether it was the posh training hall of a big 4 corporate or an open ground in sweltering heat where scores of rural girls were rearing to learn to be able to stand up in the face of an adversary, the 'josh' was nowhere lacking. Not only the enthusiasm , they have always displayed higher conviction towards learning and bestowed highest level of respect ...

Covid19 and Virtual Learning

"The ones who will stay in the game will be those who survive." Its time that we endure the testing times and sustain to be able to bounce back. Times are tough, though it could have been prevented but... As a matter of the fact ,history has proven that we as human beings never learn from our mistakes and keep reinventing the wheel of destruction. Having said that it is imperative that we 'adapt and survive' , its NOW that we must carry our detailed analysis and introspection of what we do and more importantly how we do. I have come across a lot of so called professionals who have switched from one trade to another, nothing wrong in it . Then there were host of individuals turned entrepreneurs who got into ppe's probably with an intent to survive or if it may not sound rude make some money out of the situation. Expertise or no expertise , some just tried to ride the wave but every wave settles down sooner or later . People realized that dupattas , scarves , hankey...

Krav Maga : The Real Story

Krav Maga as a system of self defence has suddenly gained a lot of significance in India, couretsy media and those in the business. Well, nothing bad about it .....amrketing is good & is very much needed in every thing one does. This highly effective & practical system is slowly getting tarnised, read on .............. In the late 1980s, Krav Maga was also being taught to the Israeli public.Since almost everyone in that society serves in the military, most of the population had been exposed to it anyway. In fact, the name of the art became so common that it was used as loosely in Israel as the word “karate” is used in America. Variations sprang up everywhere.By the 1990s, everybody was claiming to be a Krav Maga master or a 10th degree black belt. Some of the original instructors of Krav Maga—men like Dennis Hanover —got so fed up with people claiming that their Krav Maga was the “true version taught to elite units” that they dropped the term Krav Maga from their vocabulary altog...
